Very responsive to my questions and showed up on time to perform the work requested. Showed up with a vent the first... day that didn't quite match my current ones, but came back the next day with an exact match. I was sent before, during, and after photos of the work performed. Also, they beat the price of competing companies, for the exact same work performed, not anything less, but the exact same quoted work. Rich and OC Roofing did an amazing job when replacing our roof this fall. We had a tree fall on our house and not only... had to replace the entire roof but had structural damage and damage to our gutters and siding. We heard about Rich from a common friend at the soccer field. They told us that Rich and OC were the best around. OC Roofing is a fine company led by an amazing owners(Rich). Rich was there when we had, what seemed to be, a disaster... at our house. Because of Rich that disaster and the process of getting our home repaired was much easier. Rich was quick to respond and jump on the issue. Rich walked us through the process of dealing with an insurance claim, he helped us settle and get repairs started quickly, and most importantly he made sure that my house and family were back to normal in no time. Since working with OC I see their trucks, signs, and billboards all over Jackson County and hear nothing but wonderful things about Rich and OC. I just had my roof redone by OC Roofing Systems. Scott Moore was awesome and answered all my questions and concerns. ... He helped me throughout the entire process, and made sure I was satisfied with the quality of the workmanship. They were outstanding from the start of the job, to the cleanup. Honestly, I think my driveway was cleaner when they left, than when they arrived. Not one nail or piece of debris anywhere, and they thoroughly cleaned my gutters too!read more

Ryan did an excellent job from beginning to end from detail inspection to working with our insurance company to get... approval for the storm damage. He stopped by the site of the day of install and making sure all went well and then came by the house the next week to make sure I was pleased. The installers were excellent and did a great job. Jesse and Scott did an amazing job walking me through every aspect of getting my new roof. They even contacted my... insurance company and had the insurance pay for replacement. They are knowledgeable about their products. The day of installation they were in contact with me throughout and even came at the end of the day. The job went smoothly. The workers were careful with my garden plants and cleaned up very well. My roof is beautiful! Glad to have companies that still have integrity. I highly recommended Jesse Yaple, Sales Manager at OC roofing. Jesse is an encyclopedia of roofing knowledge and knows... in detail what insurance will most likely cover. We had our roof replacement and interior damage entirely covered by insurance, and I can guarantee that would not have been the case with a less knowledgeable Sales Manager. Jesse is proactive with the insurance agent from beginning to end, and that effort makes the whole difference. The quality of the work, both interior and exterior, was exceptional. OC uses Owens-Corning premium shingles, and they look great. Would use OC roofing anytime.read more

Albert has been very helpful all through the process of assisting in engaging my insurance company to fix my roof and... actually fixing the roof. He and his crew arrived at the scheduled time and carried out the task of removing my old roof and replacing the new one within the agreed stipulated one day period. Their work was done professionally and all debris cleaned up without leaving any traces of work been done.
